XPO Logistics moves into Tufsteen 2 and 3, two warehouses of almost 19,000 square meter in total. The property is Beem Excellent certified, just like the rest of the park. In addition to the quality of the building, the proximity to Schiphol and the direct availability of the warehouse were the essential criteria for XPO to choose Hoofddorp. The optimal infrastructure, with direct connections to the A4/A5 motorways, rail and public transport, make this location a top site for logistics.

XPO Logistics already rents at several locations in the European Segro network. The growth of their services in the Netherlands led to the need for a short-term expansion within the Schiphol area.
